Jimmy “James” Micheal Cheek, 63, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at his Altavista home on a beautiful day. Born in Augsburg, Germany, on November 4, 1958, he was the son of Eddie W. Cheek and Ann C. Tate and was also raised by Larry Ferrell.

He was best known as a wonderful brother, father, uncle, husband and best friend who could never meet a stranger.
